Event Coordination, Planning & Marketing

Marketing is the heartbeat that sells a product or service. Event Marketing and Planning thus β€œmakes sense” to fall into our wheelhouse of responsibilities. From customer or end-user-focused events to internal culture-building events, leveraging these venues and attendee databases offers us the opportunity to establish the human relationship and association that’s necessary to drive the decision-maker to the sale.

Below are some of the event marketing planning and coordination that I was fortunate to lead.

Included on this page are some events that my team have had the pleasure to lead, execute and/or be part of. all copyrights reserved to my current and/or previous employers.

Eleven Eleven's Annual Agent Sales Conference

September 18, 2019

Relaunch a website fully equipped with a broker portal,Β reposition the brand,Β launch a new narrative,Β design all the presentations, coordinate and execute the email marketing strategy, create and coordinate nine project launch videos, coordinate swag from overseas, coordinate the guest speaker, create a memorable theme, and the list continued…Β

Biting off more than we can chew?Β Nonsense! Reach for the stars, plan for a good show, and execute a great one.

Sometimes the biggest challenge is the most rewarding. This was one of those times.Β

Bringing over 500 GTA agents, this event ultimately re-positioned us as the “go-to for everything pre-construction” in “The New Core.”Β Β Product, knowledge, and information, we offer it all.Β

Liteline's "Lighting Directions" 2018 Sales Conference

September 16 – 18, 2018

With RETHINK EVERYTHING as the driving theme for 2018’s conference, we were confident that Liteline agents across North America will leave rejuvenated and excited about Liteline’s product innovation and updates. The conference banded members from all departments, experiences and facets to band together to pull a conference for the books.

My team was responsible for everything including but not limited to the theme, presentation development and design, communications and email strategy and execution, off-site activities pre-during-and post conference, logistics, and ensuring that the marketing materials required for the entire event was coordinated and available. This includes the presentations used, brochures and binders distributed, team building event post conference, and digital content.
